Launch Giveaway Rules

These official rules (the "Rules") govern the Small Town Collectors Launch Giveaway (the "Giveaway"). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Rules.

1. Sponsor

The Giveaway is organized and sponsored by Small Town Collectors ("Sponsor"), operating out of Alberta, Canada.

2. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Employees, partners, and immediate family members of Small Town Collectors are not eligible.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on December 8, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. MST and ends on December 22, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. MST

4. How to Enter – Website Giveaway

During the Giveaway Period, you can receive one (1) entry into the Website Giveaway by:

1. Creating a free customer account on smalltowncollectors.com
2. Verifying your email address using the verification link sent to you.

No purchase is necessary. One (1) entry per person / email address for the Website Giveaway. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. How to Enter – Instagram Giveaway

During the Giveaway Period, you can receive one (1) entry into the Instagram Giveaway by:

1. Following @smalltowncollectors on Instagram
2. Liking the official Giveaway post
3. Tagging at least two (2) friends in the comments on that post.

Each qualified comment on the official Giveaway post that tags at least two (2) different friends may count as one (1) entry, up to a reasonable limit as determined by Sponsor. No purchase is necessary.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to Small Town Collectors and not to Instagram.

6. Prizes

• Website Giveaway Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) sealed booster box – Pokemon: Mega Evolution Booster Box.
• Instagram Giveaway Prize: One (1) winner will receive Pokemon: Prismatic Evolutions Booster Bundle.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

7. Winner Selection

• Within approximately seven (7) days after the Giveaway Period ends, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner for each Giveaway (Website and Instagram) in a random draw from all eligible entries received.
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification & Claiming Prize

• Website winner will be contacted via the email associated with their Small Town Collectors account.
• Instagram winner will be contacted via direct message from the official @smalltowncollectors Instagram account.
• Potential winners must respond within 5 days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
• Winners may be required to verify eligibility and provide a valid shipping address within Canada.

9. Shipping & Costs

Sponsor will cover standard shipping costs for the prize within Canada. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees not expressly stated as covered by Sponsor.

10. Publicity

By accepting a prize, the winner consents to Sponsor’s use of their first name, initial of last name, and general location (e.g., "Dallas F. from Alberta") for reasonable promotional purposes in connection with the Giveaway, without further compensation, where permitted by law.

11. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed entries, or for any technical issues that may affect participation.
• Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if it cannot be run as planned for any reason, including technical issues, fraud, or events beyond Sponsor’s control.

12. Privacy

Any personal information collected during this Giveaway will be used strictly for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Alberta, Canada, where permitted by law.
